A spectacular tea table in molded, ribbed, and carved solid walnut. It features two asymmetrically cut-out trays depicting foliage; the first is inlaid with a wooded and flowering lakeside landscape, the second with a design of yellow flag irises. It rests on four cabriole legs with openwork, joined by a stretcher carved in the round with stylized foliage. A very rare early model, with exceptional marquetry and carving!
