Gallery - Emile Gallé Japanese Shelf “Folting, butterfly and insects”

Superb Japanese shelf in molded beech and carved with asymmetrical building. The upper plate has arched and openwork deterioration, the three central trays are held by uprights decorated with reeds, the lower tray rests on four curved feet of vegetable inspiration. It has sets marked by foliage, butterfly flowers and insects. Very nice original condition and magnificent waxed finish.
