Magnificent decoration finely engraved in acid cameo and reworked with a wheel, of a large dragonfly with outstretched wings flying over a marsh flowered with water lilies and arrowheads. Superb luminous rendering! Note the precision of the release of the different layers of glass, the blue precisely delineating the aquatic setting, and the transparency of the brown layer tinting the submerged plants green.
