Superb and rare pair of high bergère armchairs in solid, molded and carved mahogany, decorated with naturalistic whiplash motifs. They feature a slightly inclined back, curved armrests, corner legs with arched scrolls at the front and saber-shaped legs at the rear. They have been fully restored by our upholsterer using traditional methods, and are perfectly comfortable! This model was exhibited at the École de Nancy exhibition in Paris in 1903.
