More information
A rare corner cabinet with a projecting front, crafted from solid, molded, and carved mahogany decorated with a vine motif. It features two doors, two drawers, and a niche, and includes a tiered sideboard supported by two ribbed and curved uprights. The cabinetwork is of fine quality and boasts a superb patina! Paul Alexandre Dumas was a member of the Nancy School and a student of Louis Majorelle. Around 1900, he settled in Paris and took over the Barbedienne firm.
