Rare cabinet with asymmetrical frame in solid mahogany and satin mahogany veneer. It opens with a door with inlaid decoration illustrating a moorhen, four niches and a compartment divided into storage partitions. The high shelf on the right side has a rounded overhang, it is supported by an upright carved in a spiral, the sides are openwork in the upper part and have sculpted columns, plinth with scalloped cutouts. Original lock and key in gilded bronze. Beautiful quality marquetry and superb patina!
