Description
A superb solid mahogany wardrobe, molded, carved, and inlaid with rose motifs. It opens in the center with a large door fitted with a mirror, a drawer in the lower section, and on the sides with two solid doors and three drawers. It features molded rails, a curved cornice, gilt bronze keyhole escutcheons and handles, a beveled mirror, and an interior fitted with adjustable shelving. The cabinetmaking is of very high quality and has a superb patina; the work is in the style of Eugène Vallin and attributable to Laurent Neiss.
