Description
Large double-sided desk with molded and carved solid walnut drawers. It features a substantial projecting top covered in brown leather. The front opens with four drawers and a through-sectioned niche. The left drawer contains a projecting plan file. The back opens with a drawer, a niche, and a retractable shelf cleverly concealed within the molding. It rests on eight cabriole legs and features panels with flat bands, handles, and keys in gilt bronze. The leather has been replaced with an identical piece by our professional leatherworker. Very fine quality cabinetmaking and a superb waxed finish.
